The original technology was received from a leading European company and these procedures have been carried onward to new developments also. Statistical quality control is applied to all the important manufacturing processes; the accuracy of gauges and fixtures are considered paramount. In a nutshell, the quality system is driven by teamwork, documentation, statistical analysis and total employee involvement. Customer complaints are recorded, analysed and acted upon with suitable improvement plans.
